SL1000H

A heat exchanger is used to minimize waste of energy during the sublimation process. The hydraulic unit uses logic components for higher performance. The machine parts are protected by a moisture-free enclosure, which also reduces the noise level to a minimum (below 75 dB(A)). The SL1000H provides a non-stop supply of high density dry ice slabs. The source of raw material for the production of slabs is liquid carbon dioxide stored at low temperature in a storage tank. The SL1000H is built on the latest technical advances in industrial PC controls which includes a 15” color touch display optimized for easy and intelligent control via multi-lingual context. It only takes a touch of a button to change your slice thickness.

How does it clean?

Dry ice cleaning uses solid CO, a non-abrasive media that won't damage surfaces or equipment. The super cooled dry ice pellets or particles are accelerated at supersonic speeds and sublimate on impact, resulting in the surface being cleaned, lifting dirt and contaminants off the underlying substrate

How it works...

Instead of abrasive media to grind surfaces (and damage them), Cold Jet uses dry ice (Solid CO2) accelerated at supersonic speeds that sublimate upon impact and lift contaminants from substrates.
